When crossing from one sidewalk to another sidewalk in a crosswalk, you should not have to crawl across a parked car.
I considered opening the driver door, crawling through and going out the passenger door.
But thetwit ~ yes I know, a twit is a pregnant goldfish person who parked it there (and yes it was parked, along with the one behind it) locked it.
