Gracias Big Bad Bob y Nancy!
We get a little concerned about our wine stash when we leave the boat... Heat, hot, hotter than a wine cellar should be. So we have squished as many bottles into the fridge as possible. And are enjoying this one this evening! Thanks to Bob and Nancy for the lovely mixed case of vino! What a great going away gift!
Well, I din't see anything about US on your blog...how soon you forget !!!! Ha, you are no longer our best friends! just kidding, sorry to hear about the long haul to the states...but at least you'll have your "old best friends " with you! Wine, well, we took our old wine back to CCC and they gave us our money back. they probably just put our crappy stuff back on the shelf! We are currently in Puerto Escondido at the Tripui trailer Park. This place is so cute and has AC...so we never want to leave! Been having fun being the only people in an anchorage from day one! lots of nude swimming! Tons of fish, rays, lobsters and green hills....this place had 8 inches of rain from Juilo. It looks like Hawaii from afar. Here today in PE and then over to Loreto. then up the coast. besos, Carol Y Poncho
We cruised Mexico's West Coast for 3 years on our prior boat, "Thistle" a Columbia 50. Went back to California in 2000 and bought the "new boat" in 2004. We then spent a year and a half cruising in Mexico. We just did the "Baja Bash" ~ sailed up the outside of Baja and returned to SoCal! We are We are now back to work for awhile...
A thought we say to ourselves everyday:
"You'll only regret the things you didn't do".
"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." ~ Mark Twain
