Twenty-two years of living by the ocean.
Twenty-two years of living by the ocean means salty ocean air on my cars.
Twenty-two years of living by the ocean means salty ocean air on my cars creates rust.
So after Twenty-two years of living by the ocean, with the salty ocean air on my cars creating rust, I figured I should buy a car that won't rust.
Hmmmmm... think, think, think...
Hmmmm... my boat is not rusty.
I should buy a car that is similar to what my boat is made of.
Fiberglass.
Fiberglass!
Fiberglass means one of these.Yeah, well wishful thinking.
Sort of like wanting to get a dog.
Not going to happen.
But I did have fun driving this thing in High School when my parents were somewhere far, far away traveling.
So Glad I Went to the Doctor!

NICE ride! I don't see an argument against it, nor one against having the dog either. Although the thought of poop on the decks does kind of turn me away.
You could so have a dog on a boat, just get a little one and train it not to jump off the boat! But, then there's that pooping issue.
So did you have permission to drive Grandma's car when they were out of town??
Ohhhhh Grandma....such a babe!
Lizbeth - a "little dog" - like what a purse dog? EEEEwwwwick. It would have to be a Lab - one of those ones that meander around with a big "I'ma dog" smile on it's face.
Jomamma & Lizbeth - Poop or not, would have train it to poop & pee on a fake piece of grass, because dogs are not allowed on the islands.
Jen - Permission? HA HA! She would leave her extra keys in her little "to go sailing bag" and I would take it when they were off traveling. Til one day when I was in Carpinteria with an almost empty gas tank and realized she did not keep a gas key on that sailing set of keys. She learned after that and would just leave the keys there. When I was in college in LA she would trade cars with me for a couple of weeks every six month or so - way fun!
And Renee - yea such a babe! Some of our genes come from her - you too being a babe can know some came from her.
Loving your blog!!!
I knew folks in Seward that had dogs or cats aboard. And much smaller boats than yours too. One couple had a big ole golden retriever aboard.
You could always get a fiberglass dog...
Oh yes - fiberglass dog ADDU! What exactly would it shed? Fiberglass strands? Oh BOY!
Hey, if it sheds fiberglass strands then you can collect them to use for boat repairs!!!
Hey good idea ADDU! Off to Craig's List to find a fiberglass black lab...
