Next, the view of the narrow, skinny and sometimes intimidating entrance (ask us about the time we surfed "Thistle" into this entrance...) to Marina El Cid, Singular and Marina Mazatlan.We are docked by the X at Marina Mazatlan.
This is a close up of the Old Harbor and Stone Island.We were anchored at the X for two nights before we went in to the marina.
The asterisk shows where we will anchor tomorrow night.
Off we go to the wild blue yonder, where internet may be slightly sporadic!

Be on the lookout for Sea Chantey, a 44 foot power boat, with Gary, KN6RM aboard. They are in La Cruz right now, but I bet you meet up with them in Barra, along with Chris and Lorri.

Last year I was eaten alive by no-see-ums in Mantanchen Bay. Goldie on the VHF had a helpful idea however....make a jumpsuit of tule and wear a bathing suit beneath. As this advice was being offered, Mike was starting the engine. Maybe that's why we were the only ones sitting in the bay. Slather on the OFF! Have fun.
I've heard Avon Skin-so-soft is the best thing for No-See-ums. That is if you can tolerate the smell. They must not like it either.
