Pool and Swat Bee Day

La Paz is really heating up...
So yesterday we took Dave and Kellie up on their offer of a pool day at Costa Baja.





It felt WONDERFUL!
And we took them up on the offer of dinner on "Sweet Lorraine"!

Their friends, Terri and Bob had caught some dorado that day - yipee, so fresh dorado with a killer chipotle sauce Kellie made and homemade caeser salad by Dave.

Excellent dinner, except for the swarming bees...
Or was that part of the ambiance?



Even Bob and Terri got into the swatting of them.


And we aren't talking 4 or 5 bees...

Kellie had been stung once last week, Dave swallowed one last week and was stung in his throat (very scary!) and Kellie got it again last night...

So other than me having to pull the bee and stinger out of the bottom of Kellie's toe yesterday, we had a great time!
