Looking for a Catamaran Cruising Blog?

If you found this blog via a link from a cruising site ~ we did cruise Mexico on our Ocean 49 cat for a season. See the first text box on the right for links to our preparations, trip down Baja, life in Mexico, cruising and trip back up to SoCal. Unfortunately we are back to the grind in the USA...

La Cruz to Mita

Before heading out, we had to stock the boat.
Put it all in the taxi.
Carry it down to the dingy dock.
Then load in the dinghy.
Take out to boat.
Put on boat.
Put away.
It's fun!

The morning we were heading back out to Punta de Mita, they were doing the blessing of the panga fleet.
Dave and Kellie were invited on their friend's panga.

I think they were the only gringos on a boat...

One boat even had a live band on it!
Then a nice daysail back out to the other anchorage.
We ended up having a decent amount of wind and got the boat up to 13 kts at one point.
Too bad we are so loaded down...
We decided it was that second pineapple "someone" brought on board...

I'm still envious... I was beginning to worry about you liquid intake. I was hoping ya'll weren't having to live off fruit and vegetables.
