Sunday afternoon drive

Time for food after the canopy tour and cervezas! The guides suggested a restaurant we had seen a few times on the road. The food was great - caeser salad, chef salad, pizza with anchovies and past puntanesca.

Ariel asked us if we knew what this was.
We guessed it was a nut and it is a cashew! Now we know why they are so expensive...

Then for a road trip loop South out by Flamingos and some of the area beaches.








They have a lot of places alongside the road with wood carvings. Some are pretty nicely done.








And some are pretty scary!

Back to the hotel to cool off in the pool, have a mojito (or two) and dinner.
